Born on 1st December 1966, in Khairpur, after initial schooling, he obtained BSc and LL.B Degrees from Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur. He was enrolled as Advocate Lower Court on February 1993 and practiced up to 07-03-1996.

Joined Sindh Subordinate Judiciary as Civil Judge & Judicail Magistrate on 8th April 1996 and served in that capacity at Kandiaro (08-04-1996 to 17-02-1999), Kashmore (18-02-1999 to 13-04-2001), Hyderabad (14-04-2001 to 08-07-2005),

Promoted as Senior Civil Judge on 09th July 2005, and posted at District Tando Allahyar from 09-07-2005 to 19-11-2007, District Shikarpur from 20-11-2007 to 06-08-2008, District Mirpurkhas from 06-08-2008 to 28-05-2011, District Karachi South from 28-05-2011 to 24-04-2012.
