The wild life generally found in the district include Peacock, Deer, Zebra, grey partridge, quail, Tilor, rabbits, Snakes etc. The people of district Tharparkar are very protective regarding the wild life of the district and peacock is considered to be a sacred bird here. The animals which are domesticated in district Tharparkar include Goat, Sheep, Cow, Camel, Donkey, Horse, Dog etc
