The District Tharparkar currently has 11 subordinate Courts, out of which seven courts such as 1-the District and Sessions Court, 2-the Additional District and Sessions Court-I, 3-The Court of Senior Civil Judge/Assistant Sessions Judge-I, 4-The Court of Senior Civil Judge/Assistant Sessions Judge-II, and total 03 Courts of Civil Judges and Judicial Magistrates are housed and functioning at district headquarter, whereas the remaining three Courts of Civil Judges and Judicial Magistrates are located at Chachro, Nangarparkar, and Diplo. Court of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, lying vacant since its creation.

Diplo is Taluka of Tharparkar, and a small town located at 24°28'0N 69°35'0E in the southern side at the approximate distance of 40 kilometers from the district head quarter Mithi.
